Job Coach needed in the Supported Employment Program at The Arc of Walker County. This position will work Part-Time job coaching persons with disabilities at various employers in the community. Other programmatic work will be available to achieve full-time status if needed. Part-Time positions start at $11.00. Full-Time positions start at $10.00 with benefits. Candidates must be dependable, outgoing, flexible with schedule and work independently. The Job Coach will work hands on with employees performing tasks such as cooking, cleaning, production line work, housekeeping, stocking shelves, etc. Position requires frequent walking and heavy lifting. Prior experience working with persons with disabilities preferred. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, valid Alabama driver’s license, and an insurable driving record.
